About Terelle
I am a body whisperer, griefwalker, medium, and sound alchemist based in South Ogden, Utah. My work lives at the intersection of the body, grief, and the unseen—where healing is not rushed, fixed, or bypassed, but met with presence, honesty, and care.
I don’t offer quick solutions.
I offer sacred portals.
Portals for those who feel something shifting beneath the surface. For those navigating endings, losses, transitions, or a quiet knowing that life is asking for something deeper. My work is for people who are ready to feel what has been held in the body, to listen to what grief is teaching, and to remember their connection to Spirit in a grounded, embodied way.
My Path
For over 32 years, I have offered intuitive bodywork, specializing in Specific Muscle Therapy, Restorative Reset, and Somatic and Emotional Release. My hands listen before they act. I work with the nervous system, the tissues, and the stories stored beneath the surface—meeting each body with respect and attunement.
My mediumship abilities began at the age of five. From an early age, I learned to perceive the subtle realms and communicate with loved ones in Spirit. Over time, this capacity matured into a grounded, compassionate practice of mediumship and psychic guidance, supporting people through life’s most profound transitions—death, grief, identity shifts, spiritual awakenings, and rebirth.
For the past decade, I have also led sacred sound journeys, healing circles, and Kambo ceremonies. These practices are woven together with reverence, safety, and deep listening, always guided by the intelligence of the body and the wisdom of Spirit.
How I Work
I ask my Guides to open sacred healing portals through which people can transform their relationship with grief, their body, and the spirit world. My work is slow, intentional, and relational. I honor timing. I trust the body’s wisdom. I believe grief is not something to “get over,” but something to be walked with—skillfully, tenderly, and with support.
Some people come to me for bodywork and discover emotional release. Others come for physical relief and find a deeper sense of grounding, clarity, or connection. There is no agenda to go “deeper” than what is ready. What matters most is safety, consent, and presence.

I love mentoring individuals who feel called to deepen their gifts and step more fully into the work they are here to offer the world.
For those who feel the pull to study with me, I offer The Lineage Keeper—a deep-dive mentorship in self-mastery, shamanism, ceremony, Intuitive Bodywork, Kambo Practitioner, grief work, somatic healing, channeling, and Sacred Sound. This work is for those who sense they are here to carry wisdom forward with integrity, devotion, and embodiment.
This is not a certification mill or a fast-track program. It is a lived, relational apprenticeship rooted in presence, practice, and personal transformation.

On February, 16, 2024, my daughter Mercedes unexpectedly and suddenly passed. It was unbearable. I didn't want to live anymore — I wanted to go with her. Instead of bypassing my grief, I chose to feel it fully — 23 hours a day in bed, complete surrender, profound darkness. My heart quite literally broke, shattering long-held beliefs, expectations, and every role I had worn. I was frozen — barely moving, barely breathing. I had no choice but to fall and trust the unknown of where grief was taking me. I had nothing left to lose, so I surrendererd. I dove into the unknown of grief, not knowing if or when I would make it through. Embracing what was, trusting the process, and my lack of capcity to change it, transformed me.
At five years old, my grandfather passed. After the funeral, I saw him in the mirror. It was as though he were standing right beside me. He smiled. In that moment, my journey with Spirit began. From then on, I connected with Spirit Guides, Angels, and loved ones who had passed. Feeling their comfort and love carried me through many trials and seasons of life. The Spirit Realm became my companions. My helpers. My confidants. My Team. My daughter Mercedes now walks with me as a constant companion. I feel deeply grateful for her presence in my life. Through my work, I have the honor of supporting you in connecting with your loved ones. To feel comfort, love, and guidance in a way that is unique to you. Death is a threshold. A portal of contuinity, inviting connection in a new way.
